The goods came promptly, packed well. Opened to use as I needed to when it arrived. To my amazement after ordering from your Australian web site seeing being shipped from you nsw warehouse, finding it not fitted with an Australian plug ??????. Why is there no mention customers need to buy an adapter????. I contacted support who couldn’t help said I would receive a response in a couple of days, no use to me I needed to use that day. I had to go purchase an adapter so I could use it. Not at all happy.
